The Basics – We will start with an assessment of your current health and fitness status*. From this information, we will create a personalized fitness plan that is appropriate, adequate, and evidence-based. We will incorporate the activities that you choose, based on your needs and goals. The assessment and planning session will take place in your home (or the Ridgefields gym if you are a member). This session lasts 90 minutes. Following the planning session, we will meet for nine hands-on training sessions to ensure competence and confidence in your ability to execute your plan. We will also update your plan as you progress. These sessions last 60 minutes.

Up your game – This option is for those who desire more direction or hands-on support. After completing The Basics sessions, we will continue to have regularly scheduled personal training sessions for a period of time. The frequency and total number of these training sessions is determined by you.
*Some people may need to obtain a physician’s release form before receiving their plan and starting to exercise.
