I am very thankful and appreciative to Margaret Gall for helping me get into a workout routine the past ten weeks. She is so committed to helping people exercise and truly cares about their well-being. My balance is so much better than it was three months ago. My strength has increased and I’m starting to “firm up,” I have more energy to keep up the workouts, and plan to continue on my own.

I met Margaret Gall 10 years ago, when I was 5.4 and 164 lbs. After 18 months (and still today) I remain 5.4, but 128 lbs.! I am a 56 year old female with several physical issues. I have been active all my life with soccer, swimming, walking and hiking. I have considered using a personal trainer for a couple of years but have been reluctant because I don’t want to exacerbate my medical issues. I have decided to trust Margaret because of her medical knowledge (nursing) and knowledge of exercise physiology. I feel Margaret will understand the cause and effect nature of exercise, nutrition and my physical issues.
